Warranty Information

We offer a 3-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship on all parts in the SmartBox .This limited warranty is subject to the terms and conditions stated below.

The original purchase receipt is required as proof of purchase.

The limited warranty covers defects in material and workmanship on all SmartBox parts from the date of purchase.

The warranty does not cover breakage or wear from use or abuse including broken glass, metal parts or LED lights or electrical components.

In the case of any defect SmartBox will examine the product and decide, at its sole discretion, if it is covered under the limited warranty. If considered a valid claim SmartBox will, through its authorized dealers and at its sole discretion, either repair or replace any defective item with the same or a comparable product. If covered by this limited warranty, Smartbox will pay the costs of repairs, spare parts, labor, etc. for any and all warranty claims to ensure the complete satisfaction of the original purchaser. The product must be easily accessible for repair without special expenditure.

This does not and will not apply to any repair work not authorized by Smartbox. Any repairs or replacement parts that have been done without prior authorization by Smartbox will void any existing warranty. Smartbox will determine, at its sole discretion, what is a reasonable warranty repair or replacement if necessary.
